
At the booking stage you may be asked to pay a deposit by BACS, but, as with regular loyal clients WE WILL ACCEPT YOUR BOOKING IN GOOD FAITH that you are making a commitment to the arrival and departure dates you have stated to us when placing the booking.
Un-loyal clients who pre-book but just don't turn up on the Scheduled day of arrival without any form of notification will be asked to pay the full amount for the pre-booked stay which we have faithfully reserved for them, and their details will be logged into a register which shows they have been un-loyal to us.
It is important that you know that we operate and take our bookings completely independent to the Caravan & Motor-home Club. The C & MH club seem to have been having trouble with their phone booking lines, and IT system.
Please rest assured, our phone, and on-line uncomplicated BOOKING FORM are working fine, so feel free to communicate and place bookings with us as normal.

Soon after I receive the Paypal payment I will respond by emailing to you a detailed Confirmation/Receipt. Please ensure your email address, and the dates of your booking are forwarded with the "notes" on the PayPal payment.
Or: I still accept payment by a cheque payable to "Riverside".
